Volcano Force Games (“we”) are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our online users ("users" or “user”). When users install any of the games or applications, we may collect and record the information users provide voluntarily through the site where the games users install are released.

Please note that we provide our Services via Google or Apple or other app marketplaces/platforms. You are required to create a Google account or an Apple Game Centre ID or other app marketplaces account in order to realize certain functions of the Services, for example, to purchase virtual currency or virtual items. We do not collect your email, name, credit card, phone number, age, gender, address and any other personal information, which you might need to provide to Google, Apple or other app marketplaces. However, we collect the following personal information:

l Player name and password

l Profile information (such as profile photo)

l Your messages to the Service (such as chat logs and player support tickets)

l Data we collect with cookies and similar technologies (see more below)

l Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse in games or click fraud in advertising)

Please note that because a third-party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, we do not have access to users’ payment details and billing information.

We may also collect the following information about users:

l users’ game play information such as their highest scores or game session duration. 

We may combine the users’ different types of information in an attempt to provide the users with a better user experience, to improve the quality and value of the Services and to analyze how our Service is used.

Any actions users perform with other players are considered public, and are at users’ sole discretion. Any information users provide to us, and any information users choose to share about themselves as part of the use of any service, will be stored as entered.

How Do We Share Personal Information

Users understand and agree that we may be required to disclose any personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, including but not limited to a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of the public. For external processing

We may share personal information with vendors, consultants and other service providers (“Service Providers”) such as our credit card processor and our Live Chat vendor who are engaged by or working with us in connection with the operation of the Service and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us. We provide the personal information to other trusted partners to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with appropriate confidentiality and security measures. When you share your information

You understand that when you use the community features of our Service, information you post in public or private groups, forums, and other interactive areas of the Service, as well as any information you share with individuals through the Service, will be available to other users and in some cases (such as when you post to a public area of the Service) may be publicly available. We recommend you be cautious in giving out personal information to others or sharing such information in public or private online forums. We are not responsible for the actions of any third parties with whom you share personal information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services.

Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize the Service, analyse use, target advertisements and prevent fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service may then not function properly.

Data Transfers

Our Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Policy. Game Updates

When we update or “patch” any of our games or other software, we may utilize a patch routine to verify whether the most recent version is installed on your device. If not, the most recent version may automatically be uploaded to your device, and you hereby consent to, and waive any further notice of, such upload. You understand and agree that when you download a game, in order to be able to use the game the software may monitor and communicate information from your device relating to hardware capacity.

We may, with your consent, send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from your mobile device’s settings page for the relevant game and/or from the settings page within the relevant mobile game. We may also send local notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant information. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing emails from us by following the instructions in such communications.

You are required to consent to the privacy policies of such app marketplaces. You have the right to request from such app marketplaces access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information collected by such app marketplaces. You also have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal information we collected or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability by emailing us at privacy@volcano-force.com. We will address your reasonable request to the extent that technologically feasible and required by applicable law.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. 

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.

Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

In order to help ensure a secure and safe player experience, we are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration.

However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use users’ personal information for improper purposes. All information you provide to us is stored on our or our subcontractors’ secure servers and accessed and used subject to our security policies and standards. Also please note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so we discourage users from sending personal information through these mediums.

Policy Regarding Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 16, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 16, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.
